Saw this over at wish.ca and thought I’d share it here! Enjoy a glass of your favourite bubbly with these expert serving tips

Temperature
Sparkling wine should be served and chilled about 7 C. Keep your bubbly in the fridge before serving, or cool it down in a bucket of ice cubes and water for a minimum of 20 minutes. Do not put it in the freezer.
Uncorking
To prevent the cork from hitting the ceiling and wine spraying on your guests, carefully remove the foil and the cage. Keep a thumb on the cork while doing this, because it can sometimes release prematurely. Place a napkin or tea towel over the cork, hold the bottle at a 45-degree angle, and slowly twist the bottle.
Glassware
Serve sparkling wine in champagne flutes or tulip glasses, which are designed to enhance the stream of bubbles and concentrate the aromas. Crystal glassware is ideal because it has a rough finish, which allows more bubbles to form on top. To avoid spilling over the top of the glass, pour slowly, letting the wine settle before topping up.
Bottles
Wines come in a variety of sizes, from magnums (1.5 L) to the traditional size (750 ml) to single-serving splits (250 ml). Don’t open a bottle of bubbly and feel you have to finish it all at once. Use a champagne stopper to seal your bottle, which can then last in the fridge for up to a week.
The Morning After
The bubbles put alcohol into your bloodstream more quickly than other wines and spirits. Sip your champagne slowly. If you’re feeling sluggish the next day, take a dose of vitamin C, try a hangover helper, hit the shower, and go back to bed.

I think most of us love coffee, right? Here are some tips on how to make it more delish! Of course this is courtesy from eHow!
Photo from myspace.

1. For iced coffee drizzle chocolate or caramel syrup around inside of the glass. Then play around with different “concoction’ s” such as: ice, milk, cold coffee, packet of hot cocoa mix or a packet of General Foods International Cappuccino Coolers mix. Mix milk, ice and your chosen ingredients in blender. Pour into glass, top with Reddi Whip.
2. Hot coffees seem to be an endless journey with all the different brands and flavors available today. With that being said here are some ideas for you to try. To your brewed coffee you can add General Foods International Coffees, hot cocoa mix, honey, brown sugar, brandy, whiskey, cinnamon and or nutmeg. Top with Reddi Whip or vanilla ice cream. Oh the things a person could think of…
3. Then you can also add additional toppings like shaved chocolate or cinnamon to both the hot or cold coffees.
Have fun and enjoy your coffee!

I think I mentioned in my past posts that the husband drinks green tea every after meal. I do, too. But not much like him. He’s more comfy enough to just sip it in his glasses like it’s water! Being green tea’s over here are so much different from the others, I have to convince myself at first that it’s always good for the heart and health! So anyway, I was thinking that I should get the husband a new tea bags since it’s a little cheaper in here. But when I saw this wholesale tea online, I just have to look and read more. I’ve read that they offer 100 different teas with some of the most popular brands imported directly from UK! It looks as though they have almost everything about tea’s! I’m surely copying the how to make a good tea information:) They even have tea gifts bags for those to our special someone who loves sipping tea’s. Ice tea accessories are also available. Which I’m thinking of getting one for the family. And since I needed a new teapots, I will just get it here as well. The tea sets are to die for! Just look at those fine china sets! My Mom will surely adore those pieces! Shes actually a plate/china set lover herself and couldn’t contain herself with the ones she already have;) I’ll have to let her know about this for sure! And oh..while you’re at it looking for tea’s and tea china sets, why don’t you check out those candies and snacks they also have available?! Now, I worry if I am actually getting tea’s here or only the snacks? hehe With very affordable prices that the family will surely enjoy too! I’m saving this site for future references! Another great find, hands down!

I have a husband who loves wine the most. Every after dinner it’s his thing to have a glass of red or white wine. He loves wine tasting too. And he’s been planning a wine tour forever for just a two of us! He’s got a great ideas about wine and vineyards. When we planned our Europe tour that was supposed to be last summer trip, he allotted a day for just a wine tour around Tuscany or wherever it was that has vineyards! And since it wasn’t realized until now he always tells me someday he can tour me around San Francisco and will stop maybe in Napa Valley. He got Aunts live near there. So, when I saw this Port Wine, I know the husband will like it! I just wished I listened to him every time he talks about wine and stuff. No idea about wine really. I just drink them
This online shop that I saw earlier specializes in port wine. Their wines are stored in a temperature controlled warehouse at 57 degrees and 70% humidity. I remember the husband told me about such temperature before. Right now, I’m thinking of ordering a pack of this wines because they have really affordable prices! am liking the baskets deal! And they also have monthly special that you can grab at a very low prices! I’m going to read around then. Check it out:)
