Many nutritionists and health experts pointed out that most of us are far too famished when we sit down at the table to restrain ourselves from eating hurriedly. Regardless of that, this is just the time to stop and chew our food more times. Basically, chewing is not just the process that stands between our hunger and the feeling of satiety, since not chewing food properly can have some very negative effects on our health. Not only that, but it also prevents us from enjoying our meal while leading to overeating. By wanting to finish quickly we do not allow our body to react to the food ingested.
